Elder Law

We offer elder law counseling to our senior clients and their families for protection of their assets and maintenance of independence as they prepare for the later years of life. Issues in the field of Elder Law also involve disabled clients and clients whose estate plans must provide for a disabled spouse or child. We also provide legal service in emergency situations surrounding elder care, such as admission to a nursing home.
