- Creditors'
Rights/Bankruptcy: We represent our clients in the United
States Bankruptcy Court. Upon the filing of a debtor's Chapter
7 petition, we respond immediately on behalf of our client
to protect against fraud, assure continued payments and allow
our clients to exercise all of their available rights, including
the right of setoff on secured claims or to commence a foreclosure
action.
- Reformation of Bankruptcy: Our staff is well versed
in the constantly changing arena of bankruptcy law.
